oktk3 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1Eligibility

Access to and use of the oktk3 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions to register an account and to place wagers:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. oktk3 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to have been registered by or operated by an individual under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
• You must be a natural person. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to register as players on the oktk3 platform.
• You must register using accurate, truthful, and complete personal information. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• You may only hold one account on the oktk3 platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, oktk3 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances therein.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list that would restrict your access to gaming platforms. If you have voluntarily self-excluded from gaming and circumvent those restrictions by using the oktk3 platform, you are in breach of these Terms.

oktk3 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation (KYC) from any player at any time. This includes but is not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and verification of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by oktk3 may result in account suspension and may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.

2Account Registration & Security

Registering an account on oktk3 is free of charge. To create an account, you must provide a valid mobile number or email address, create a secure password, and confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 1. By completing registration, you accept these Terms in full.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. oktk3 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login details secure.
• You must notify oktk3 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. oktk3 customer support is reachable via the email address listed in the site footer. Report suspicious account activity as soon as it is discovered.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any other person to use your account. Each account is strictly personal and may only be used by the registered account holder.
• oktk3 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. This adds an additional layer of security by requiring a one-time code sent to your registered mobile number each time you log in.
• All account activity is logged by oktk3. Transaction records, bet histories, session logs, and communication records may be retained and used in the event of a dispute, fraud investigation, or regulatory inquiry.

oktk3 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform. However, you are responsible for ensuring that the device and network you use to access oktk3 are secure. oktk3 accepts no liability for security breaches that occur on the player's end due to malware, unsecured networks, or compromised devices.

3Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the oktk3 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). oktk3 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may be set by oktk3 and are subject to change. The applicable minimums will be displayed within your account at the time of the transaction. Deposits are credited to your wallet in BDT with no currency conversion charges applied by oktk3.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. oktk3 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Standard processing times vary by payment method; bKash and Nagad withdrawals typically settle within minutes of approval.
• You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to use a payment method belonging to another individual will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.
• oktk3 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or cancel any withdrawal in the event of suspected fraud, money laundering activity, bonus abuse, or any breach of these Terms. All suspicious transactions are subject to investigation and may be reported to relevant authorities.
• Deposit limits, withdrawal limits, and transaction fees (if applicable) are set out in the Payments section of your account. VIP tier members may have access to enhanced limits as part of their tier benefits. oktk3 may update these limits at any time and will endeavour to communicate material changes to affected players.

oktk3 is not responsible for any delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, bank processing times, technical outages, or force majeure events. If you experience a payment issue, contact oktk3 customer support with full transaction details including your account reference and the transaction confirmation from your payment provider.

4Bonuses & Promotions

oktk3 offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which will be published at the time the promotion is made available.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus or winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover multiplier) for each bonus will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified period will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• Bonuses may only be used for gaming purposes on the oktk3 platform. Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirement process, or assigned to another account. oktk3 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• oktk3 reserves the right to cancel, reclaim, or refuse any bonus in the event of suspected bonus abuse, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or any other activity that oktk3 reasonably considers to constitute exploitation of its promotional offers.
• Welcome bonuses and other one-time promotional offers are available to new players only, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Attempting to claim a new player bonus using a new account when you already hold or have previously held an oktk3 account constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• VIP loyalty rewards and tier benefits are governed by the oktk3 VIP programme terms, which are published separately. In the event of any conflict between the VIP programme terms and these general Terms, the VIP programme terms shall prevail in respect of VIP-specific matters.

5Betting Rules & Game Conduct

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the oktk3 platform. By placing a bet or entering any game, you agree to abide by these rules and any additional game-specific rules published by oktk3 or the relevant game provider.

• All bets placed on the oktk3 platform are final once confirmed. oktk3 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, based on incorrect odds or prices, or where a technical fault has materially affected the integrity of the outcome. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to your wallet.
• Cricket betting markets at oktk3 are governed by standard international cricket betting rules. In the event that a match is abandoned, postponed, or the outcome is otherwise voided, oktk3 will apply its standard void and refund policy as specified in the cricket betting help section of the platform.
• Live casino game results are determined by the game provider's certified systems. oktk3 does not control or influence the outcome of any live casino game. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, oktk3 will endeavour to resolve any disputed outcome in accordance with the game provider's round resolution rules.
• The use of any automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over oktk3 is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be using such tools will be immediately suspended and all winnings forfeited.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated fraudulent play between two or more players is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant sports governing body. oktk3 monitors betting patterns for suspicious activity and cooperates with relevant authorities in the investigation of integrity violations.

6Responsible Gaming Obligations

oktk3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The following provisions form part of our responsible gaming framework and are binding on all players:

• The oktk3 platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. oktk3 will take all reasonable steps to prevent underage gaming, including age verification at registration and periodic re-verification as required. If oktk3 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 21, it will suspend the account pending age verification.
• Players may set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods via the responsible gaming tools available within their account settings. These limits take effect immediately upon setting and, once set, deposit limits may only be increased after a mandatory 24-hour reflection period.
• Self-exclusion is available to any player who wishes to take a break from gaming. A player who applies for self-exclusion will have their account suspended for the requested period, during which they will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of application.
• oktk3 is not liable for any losses incurred by a player during a period in which a self-exclusion request had been submitted but had not yet taken effect, provided that oktk3 has processed the request within the stated 24-hour window. Players are encouraged to contact support immediately if they require urgent account restriction.

7Account Suspension & Termination

oktk3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to providing false registration information, operating duplicate accounts, using prohibited payment methods, or engaging in fraudulent betting activity.
• Suspected money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that oktk3 has reason to believe may be in violation of applicable law. In such cases, oktk3 may freeze account funds pending the outcome of an investigation and may report the matter to relevant authorities without notifying the player.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the timeframe specified by oktk3 when requested. KYC is a mandatory platform requirement; players who do not complete verification may be restricted from withdrawing funds until verification is completed satisfactorily.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting oktk3 customer support. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the wallet will be returned to the player's registered payment method following successful KYC verification, subject to standard withdrawal processing times.

In the event of account termination due to a breach of these Terms, oktk3 reserves the right to confiscate the account balance in full, including both real-money and bonus funds. oktk3's decision in matters of account termination is final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the oktk3 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout of the site, is the intellectual property of oktk3 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or use any content from the oktk3 platform for commercial purposes without express written permission from oktk3.

The oktk3 brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of oktk3. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the oktk3 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to sublicence, sell, resell, copy, or otherwise exploit the platform or its content beyond what is expressly permitted by these Terms.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, oktk3 excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. Specific exclusions include but are not limited to:

• Any financial losses incurred through gaming on the oktk3 platform, including losses arising from bets placed on cricket, live casino games, slots, card games, or any other product. Gaming involves risk and losses are a normal and expected outcome of gaming activity.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game or betting market, whether due to technical maintenance, a technical fault, a third-party provider outage, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of oktk3.
• Any loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising out of your use of the oktk3 platform, even if oktk3 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

10Amendments to These Terms

oktk3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via a notification within the platform or via email to the address on file. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically and to remain informed of any updates.

Your continued use of the oktk3 platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting oktk3 customer support.
